Staff member, Rosie Williams initiated a staff
exchange with Judi Reed from Canada. Consequently, Rosie worked as
Director of Volunteers at the Lethbridge Health Service in Alberta
Canada for a period of eight months while Judi Reed came and worked
with the Lyell McEwin Volunteers. To our knowledge this is still the
only work exchange of this kind ever completed within a volunteer
management framework. |
