Board of Governance

As an incorporated Association, the Lyell McEwin Regional Volunteer Association has its own constitution to abide by which outlines the process for the democratic election of a Board of Governance to oversee its affairs each year.

The Board is elected by other Association volunteers (members) prior to each Annual General Meeting in October or November each year and is made up of:

• up to ten elected members
• a health service representative
• the Association's Executive Officer
• the Director of Volunteer Services
• up to four coopted members.

Nominations for the Board are sought around August each year.
