POLICY TITLE:      LMH GUIDELINES FOR VOLUNTEER INVOLVEMENT

POLICY STATEMENT:

The Lyell McEwin Regional Volunteer Association has a responsibility to work within the confines of the guidelines established by LMH for the responsible management of volunteer programs.

Accordingly the Board of LMH Regional Volunteer Association Inc, seek to work within the confines of (but are not limited to) all relevant government guidelines relating to volunteers 

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

  1. To facilitate the development of a relationships between LMRVA and LMH in the management of its volunteer programs
  2. To ensure that Lyell McEwin Regional Volunteers Inc are operating in a manner which meets government guidelines for the management of volunteer resources

 

PROCEDURES (To implement Policy)

1. An up to date copy of relevant government guidelines relating to volunteers will be located in the office of the Executive Officer

2. That this document will be referred to in the development and consideration of future policies being developed by Lyell McEwin Regional Volunteers Inc.
